We hear it time and time again from new yoga teacher trainees- "I don't feel ready to teach." This is the gap we aim to fill. We find that many YTTs miss or overlook a MAJOR aspect of yoga: how to sequence. Our 200HR is heavily focused on curating creative sequences and structuring classes as well as focusing on you shedding the old patterns and limiting beliefs and finding your confidence on and off the mat. This training will empower you to be ready to teach when you are done. Expect to teach within the first two classes! (Does this scare you? Good - uncomforatbility is how you grow! :) )

Our extensive manual and classes will be true to the roots of the yoga practice. We believe in order to lead and share your knowledge with the world in an authentic manner - you have to do the self reflection and inner work as well. Our training will jumpstart you on your spiritual journey. Not only will we be delving into the expansive topics of this ancient practice - but we will be expecting you to go deep within your own psyche and ego in order to release what holds you back from aligning with your highest self. Our goal is for you to step into the best version of yourself & lead with your heart chakra. In doing so you will be able to impact so many people in a postive light on your journey. The asana (yoga posture) is obviously important - but the truth of the practice is taking the principles, meditations, & breathwork, methods and making it a lifestyle. Yoga is not a physical exercise, it is a way of life.
