Monthly Cacao Ceremony: Healing for the Holidays

Join us for our first monthly cacao meet up! We will sip cacao, set intentions and connect with like minded people. Cacao is chocolate in its purest form and is a sacred plant medicine from South America. This grounding, heart opening medicine is one of our favorite ways to deepen connections with ourselves and others. 45 minutes of cacao and connection followed by 45 minutes of meditation, breath, Sound & Energy healing. Each month we will focus on a different topic from our guidance of what is most needed. You may be getting triggered a lot with the holidays and family/friends/any relationship- it’s a beautiful time but also stressful- this month we will focus on your triggers and trace them to the root to heal with an inner child and shadow work release meditation.
