This guide gives you all the info you need to be successful during the week. Non-processed foods are essential to raise your vibration and heal any physical or emotional ailment you are dealing with. Food is medicine- we become the food we eat! We are so excited to share the details with you!

7-Days of nutrition education videos

Check your inbox every morning for a quick 10-20 minute education video on various nutrition/health topics! We go into details of non-conventional topics the mainstream isn't talking about. From the processing of foods, GMOs, vibration of food, what to cook with, mindset, fluoride, alcohol, letting go of control with numbers and so much more- we promise you will learn A LOT! We both personally practice everything you will hear in these videos!

7-Days of journal prompts and mindfulness

Along with the educational videos, you will receive a daily journal prompt to help you dive deeper into your relationship with food and how that impacts your life today! We encourage you to journal each day on how you are physical, mentally and emotionally feel during the reset! There will be no quiz lol, but the more you put into it the more you get out!

Facebook Accountability Group

Accountability is everything! Whether you are participating in person or virtually, everyone will be invited to join the same Facebook group. We will post daily tips and inspiration. We both will be doing this with you! The group will be a safe place to share your struggles, wins and support others!

2 Group Classes (in-person option)

If you are joining us for the in-person option you are invited to 2 classes at The Underground Yoga Society. The first class will be on Thursday June 23rd from 6-730pm. This will be a mid-week checkin to keep you going when things get challenging! The closing class will be on Sunday June 26th from 6-730pm where we end with a bang ;)- we will go over tips on how to keep going! Both classes will include meditation and light yoga movement.
