Quantum Healing - 2 Sessions

Grounding is a practice that should be completed daily. It allows you to remain and feel stable, supported, nourished and in the present moment. In this meditation we do a healing grounding & protection practice to stabalize your energy throughout the day. We connect with the electromagnetic frequency of Gaia to "re charge" our physical, mental, emtional, & energetic bodies. We often overlook the heling capabilites of Mother Earth, and in this meditation we will tap into her potent and powerful energy.
